Designed for beginners, this course focuses on practical learning through coding, datasets, and guided projects that introduce you to real-world AI and Machine Learning applications.

🎯 Goal

Gain hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) concepts.
By the end, participants will collaborate in groups to build and present a mini AI/ML project.

🗓 Day 1–2: Python for ML

Basics: syntax, data types, control flow, file handling
Libraries: NumPy, Pandas for data handling
Hands-on: simple programs & dataset loading

📊 Day 3: Data Visualization

Using Pandas & Matplotlib for dataset analysis and plots

⚙️ Day 4: Machine Learning Essentials

ML concepts: supervised vs unsupervised, model evaluation
Hands-on: Logistic Regression on Titanic dataset

📈 Day 5–6: Linear Models & Neural Networks

Linear Regression, Perceptron, Activation Functions
Build Neural Networks on Titanic and Fashion-MNIST datasets

🖼️ Day 7: CNN for Computer Vision

CNN basics, convolution & pooling
Train CNN on Fashion-MNIST with dropout comparison

💬 Day 8–9: NLP & LLMs

NLP pipeline, LSTM, text classification
Next-word prediction using LSTM
Use Gemini API for handwriting transcription

🚀 Day 10: Transfer Learning & Projects

Fine-tune MobileNet on Cats vs Dogs dataset
Wrap-up: Career paths, resources & project guidelines
Group Project (3 days): Code + short presentation
