💡 Key Challenges

Suspicious Transaction Detection
The bank uses rule-based systems to detect fraud, but these can be circumvented by fraudsters using techniques like frequent small transactions, new account openings, or instant spikes in transaction activity. Machine learning techniques can identify complex patterns and trends to more effectively detect and prevent fraud.

Classifying Documents using Computer Vision
Bank documents like Citizenship, Passport, and PAN Cards are stored as PDFs or images, and need to be classified accurately. Computer vision and text extraction techniques can automate the classification and extraction of important data, ensuring it is correctly mapped and stored for further processing.

Personalized Financial Management & Retention Offers
By analyzing customer income, spending patterns, and lifestyle, the bank can provide personalized financial advice, such as investment recommendations and savings strategies. Additionally, it can offer retention incentives to customers at risk of leaving, or rewards for highly engaged users.

Predictive Analysis for Branch Revenue
Branch revenue can vary based on several factors, including customer demographics, loan issuance, and mobile banking usage. Predictive analysis using historical data and operational metrics helps the bank forecast branch performance, optimize resource allocation, and make informed decisions to improve revenue.
